Moeti has practised at GLM in various capacities since 2001 and cut his teeth in Personal Injury Litigation. Admitted as an Attorney and Notary Public in 2003, he practices in the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Administrative Law Department. Moeti conducts a multi-disciplinary practice straddling litigation and Administrative Law and has a particular interest in Constitutional and Administrative Law. Key features of his practice include, among others, advice on the interpretation of legislation and compliance with the regulatory frameworks within which Public Sector bodies and participants in regulated industries operate. He has a keen interest in Competition Law and also enjoys Commercial and General Litigation doing most of his own appearances before statutory tribunals such as the Gauteng Development Tribunal and the Disciplinary Committees of the Health Professions Council of South Africa.
